Our Products
Our Steel structures are triple galvanized steel tube warranted for 50 years. The structure is mounted to concrete Eco-Blocks with anchor bolts and epoxy. These houses can be used with open air vents, or can be completely sealed to help protect against Avian Flu.
Our Fabric
There is a variety of choices in the color of our fabric, however we generally recommend white or beige to allow maximum light for post chick state. Light can be restricted with darker colors. Fabric is certified fire retardent is coverd by a 15 year pro-rated warranty
Eco-Block
Eco- Blocks are 2'X2'X6' and weigh approximately 3600 pounds each. They are interlocked to provide a stable foundation for your broiler house.
Broiler house inner look
This is an open end of one of our houses showing how the construction looks with the Fabric attached. The longevity of our house is approximately twice as lengthy as metal buildings or wood buildings. The ease of cleaning the tarps and the complete resistance to ammonia damage has been proven in the use of our buildings for chicken fertilizer storage over a period of years. The time to construct our houses is less expensive than metal or wood buildings and is significantly less cost.
Keeping the temperature absolutely consistent
Insulation that is moisture and ammonia impervious
The Chick Broiler House has a superior insulation system that will not degrade like fiberglass insulation or foam panels. The system we use has an R-60 factor, effectively keeping the houses at a consistent temperature throughout the year. The inner layer is puncture resistant and washable.
Two Layers Create an Airspace
The upper layer of High-Density Polyethylene is Tri-Ply Agriweave. The airspace between the layers solves the problem of condensation getting into your broiler house.

An optional feature is using 20' to 40' commercial containers which contain the OmniFlow air scrubbers. Intake air is taken in from two vents that contain the Air Scrubbers. The container is vented to your intake vents to allow only non-flu, non-bacteria, non-mold spores into your house. It is the only system on the market capable of accomplishing this.

The Omni Air flow system is added over, or connected to, your intake vents so that the only air entering your broiler house is "clean air". It can also be adapted to positive pressure houses that utilize "push fans".
